Located in the heart of St Moritz, this elegant, minimalist-style bistro is adjacent to the butcher's shop of the same name, which is famed for its dried meat. So, it should come as no surprise that meat has pride of place here. Dishes are meticulously prepared and impressively flavoursome. Menu options such as tartare or carpaccio, braised beef cheeks or Siedfleisch (premium boiled beef) are sure to whet the appetite. With its welcoming atmosphere, as well as the friendly, attentive service, this place has garnered plenty of regulars. Good to know: Hot meals are served throughout the day. Bookings not accepted. In summer, they fire up the Big Green Egg grill on the small terrace out front.
