In this village so typical of Alsace set between Ribeauvillé and Illhaeusern, Manon Nasti and her partner, Italian chef Lucas Di Palma, have renovated this converted 18C hunting lodge in a simple and cosy contemporary style. The delicious Italian cuisine pays homage to the chef's grandfather. The set menus and à la carte options include classic dishes with a twist (risotto alla milanese, troccoli alla carbonara, lamb saltimbocca, "contemporary" tiramisu) and seasonal suggestions centred on top-notch ingredients (tagliatelle with truffle, scallops with carrots and guanciale emulsion).
