At this restaurant, you simply choose the number of courses you want and then leave the rest in the hands of the skilful chef. Ego expresses the personality of young chef Lorenzo De Lio, who is originally from Rome yet has plenty of experience working abroad behind him. His dishes take guests on a culinary journey around the world, with influences from Mexico, south-east Asia and elsewhere. As there are only five tables, booking ahead is recommended.
