Cordial, attentive and professional service also contributes to the pleasantly relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. In the kitchen, chef-patron Yann Mastantuono, who hails from southern France, gives expression to his passion for French bistro cuisine. Be sure to try the charcuterie, eg the "Bauernterrine". The "gambas tartare, citrus fruits and bottarga" or "veal tongue in charcutière sauce, grenaille potatoes in butter" are unfussy and delicious. In summer, head for the secluded terrace.
