The fearless chef, previously at Septime, has a strong personality to match his flawless technique, as demonstrated by his pasta with pigeon liver and heart. Local produce takes centre stage in cuisine that is characterised by punchy flavours (saffron, chilli, XO sauce). Professional and relaxed service.
