In the heart of the city, a couple of young industry professionals have set up this restaurant with a warm, elegant decor that has been thought out down to the last detail (mosaics, tapestries inspired by drawings of the chef's dishes, bespoke furniture). Tomato, cherry, almond and fresh goat's cheese to start; followed by a main of red mullet, pepper, wheat and peanut: the chef also draws inspiration from the changing seasons to concoct appealing dishes that speak to his culinary expertise and experience in renowned establishments.
