First things first: Booking is essential – this small restaurant on the edge of the old town seats just 14 diners. In a modern and minimalist setting, creatively inspired cuisine is served in the form of a single set menu comprising five or seven courses, changing with the seasons and showcasing primarily local ingredients. Staff will be happy to recommend beverage pairings. A vegetarian set menu can be pre-ordered. The dishes are presented on beautiful handcrafted crockery. A limited number of seats are available at the counter, from where diners have a direct view into the kitchen. Service of the set menu starts at 7pm for all diners. Tip: car park 400m away (Parkhaus Dachauplatz).
