Located about a 10-minute walk from the city centre, right at the exit of the ring road, it proves to be a pleasant surprise on the ground floor of a residential tower. This restaurant, which took on a new direction under the guidance of chef Hugo Sousa (son of the previous owner, who moved from the kitchen to the dining room), focuses on a modern, technical and delicate style of cuisine, with a strong incorporation of local produce. Choose from two tasting menus: A new vision (6 courses) and Between Mountains and Seas (9 courses). Standout dishes? We were struck by the artisanal bread, produced in a traditional way as a tribute to what was once baked in communal ovens, and by the so-called Trout, Parsnip, Dill and Wild Herbs, in which the star is a succulent marinated pond trout.
