This tasteful restaurant in the appealing hotel of the same name promises a modern, elegant decor and a pleasantly quiet, almost intimate atmosphere, as well as attentive and proficient service, and – last but not least – really good cuisine based on selected ingredients. Quality and craftsmanship are evident in dishes such as the dumplings and caviar from wild-caught pike with lime and chives or the Rahmbeuscherl made with Mühlviertel milk-fed veal lights, served with Serviettenknödel (bread dumplings) and fresh marjoram.
