Located at TAUERN SPA wellness hotel, this small, chic contemporary-style restaurant is separate from the hotel but accessible from inside it. Seating is limited to 14 diners, who are served a six-course ingredient-led seasonal set menu in which ambitious chef Christof Schernthaner showcases the finest produce from the region. Wine pairings are available on request. You can also look forward to friendly service – the chef serves and explains his dishes personally.
