As well as comfortable guestrooms, Hotel Murmeli houses this restaurant on the ground floor, where head chef Wolfgang Strauss serves up ingredient-led classic cuisine. Along with regional specialities like tris (a medley of three dumplings, including spinach and cheese), the menu also features offal dishes such as veal kidney and liver. At lunchtime, there is an extensive à la carte selection; in the evening only a fine dining tasting menu. Anne-Marie Strauss is your maître d' and heads up the charming and attentive front-of-house team. Diners can also look forward to an unrivalled view of the Lech mountain landscape – especially from the terrace, of course!
