Hotel Yust’s casual restaurant mirrors its host establishment’s trendy, globetrotting ethos. Think warm and cosy, untreated materials and a laidback vibe. The à la carte and set menus are similarly nonsense free, with an enticing lineup of vegan, meat and fish dishes. The house-made al dente pasta comes with a delicious sauce made out of genuine poultry stock and lashings of butter and is paired with a sourdough crumble fried in chicken fat, unless you wouldn’t prefer a classic entrecote steak, perhaps followed by an unusual dessert made out of parsnips? You can expect a jubilee of intriguing, down-to-earth dishes bursting with wholesome flavours. Just the ticket for a meal with the mates.
