Be sure to book in good time, because this chic and modern Alpine-style restaurant only has a few tables and is very popular! Andreas Spitzer and his team skilfully conjure up creative dishes to offer a choice of two tasting menus: the shorter one comprises four courses and the longer one six. Alternatively, they also offer à la carte dishes. In winter, some tables afford a view of the ski slope. The restaurant is located in the hotel of the same name, within easy reach of the lower terminus of the Fimbabahn and Pardatschgratbahn cable cars.
