When you enter the restaurant, the first thing you see is the open kitchen. The laid-back atmosphere in the various rooms is fantastic. Unique details and modern art truly define the space. In summer, tables are laid out beneath the boughs of a walnut tree on the terrace in the beautiful garden. Chef-patron Roland Huber draws on Asian influences to serve up creative cuisine. Fantastic dishes such as sweetbreads and carabinero, cauliflower, lemon leaf, hazelnut and truffle are available à la carte or in the form of a three- to six-course menu. The wine list is impressive, and equally noteworthy is the attentive and highly knowledgeable front-of-house team, led with a personal touch by the lady of the house. Dining here is a joy from start to finish.
