After completing stints at renowned establishments, Theresia Palmetzhofer returned home, and she has been running this charming restaurant with her dedicated team since 2016. Modernisation work saw the historical walls and structures of the 500-year-old building carefully preserved and given an inviting, upscale look. In addition, the property boasts a gorgeous terrace. The boss herself also heads up the kitchen, zeroing in on ingredients of regional origin to cook classic and regional dishes with a modern twist. These are organised into a pleasantly manageable seasonal menu. The wine list, too, has an Austrian flavour and includes a selection of natural wines.
