Gerhard Fuchs brings exceptional depth of flavour to his dishes, drawing on his wealth of culinary experience. Premium ingredients are prepared without any fuss, particularly exemplified by the "Dotterraviolo" – featuring wafer-thin pasta cooked al dente and filled with a wonderfully creamy egg yolk that is aromatic and bursts with colour. This has been a house classic and signature dish for years! There is no à la carte selection, just a surprise menu – available in a longer or shorter version. Christian Zach, a veritable "walking wine encyclopaedia", serves wines with utmost dedication and profound expertise, selecting from an impressive collection of over 35 000 bottles comprising more than 4 000 different labels. The decor is an attractive alliance of warm wood and sleek, modern lines – with wine bottles adding a decorative touch. There are very few tables, so be sure to book in advance!
