This buzzing contemporary restaurant in the heart of the city welcomes diners in an inviting space – terracotta-coloured walls, wooden tables, velvet-upholstered chairs and lighting fixtures with an original design using bicycle wheels and exposed light bulbs. The dishes, largely inspired by the market, are well made: poached egg with a smoked paprika and corn emulsion, thyme and garlic oil and guanciale; pork pluma with guacamole, kiwi and chimichurri… The wine list is predominantly organic and stars Burgundy and Jura labels.
