MICHELIN Guide's Point Of View
This is a pleasant alternative to the two-star restaurant Esplanade in the very tastefully designed boutique hotel of the same name. The food is modern, with two set menus, one of which is vegetarian. Each comprises three or four courses and changes on a weekly basis. Le petit CINQ takes up residence in the beautiful rooms of the fine dining restaurant when the latter is closed. David Wottke, long-time sous-chef to Esplanade's head chef Silio Del Fabro, is at the helm in the kitchen.
