A pleasant alternative to the 2-star restaurant ‘Esplanade’ in the very tastefully designed boutique hotel of the same name. Two weekly changing 3- or 4-course menus are on offer, one of which is purely vegetarian. The modern-inspired ‘Le petit CINQ’ cuisine is served in the beautiful rooms of the gourmet restaurant on days when it is closed. David Wottke, long-time sous-chef to ‘Esplanade’ chef Silio Del Fabro, is in charge of the kitchen.
