In the upper reaches of Vire, this contemporary bistro was born of a friendship between two chefs, Jordan Lebascle (previously sous-chef at Ivan Vautier) and Clément Gosselet (former sous-chef at Manoir de la Pommeraie). They deliver a modern cuisine de terroir, taking advantage of the abundance of ingredients that Normandy and local producers have to offer – think translucent cod in semi-salted butter, served with crispy potato chips and tarragon cream.
