A little country inn hidden away in a remote location is sometimes all it takes to pique our interest. Our curiosity was quickly rewarded by Gabin Bouguet, formerly chef at Le Donjon in Étretat, who, here in his own restaurant, wanted to keep things simple without compromising on indulgence. Hummus, haddock, crunchy vegetables; pork belly, carrot mousseline, herb crumble; lemon tart: a treat from start to finish. After your meal, take a stroll to the cliffs a few hundred metres away – there you'll enjoy a beautiful view of Fécamp, as painted by Claude Monet.
