This wine bar/cave à manger serves locavore cuisine whose flavours are drawn from locally sourced and, often, organic ingredients (including free-range poultry, snails from Eyrieu, lentils, fish from a fish farm near Châtillon-en-Diois, olives from Nyons). At lunchtime, there is a short and very reasonably priced set menu, and in the evening you can choose from the list of plates for sharing ("platarges"). To be washed down with organic or sulphur-free wines from a terrific selection – and the recommendations are on point!
