Our chefs and their partners are never short of bright ideas for new ways to dine. After the trend for caves à manger and restaurants with delis, this place unites bistro and knitwear. Upstairs, fashion designer Camille Andrieux showcases her sartorial creations, while chef Éric Fontanini cooks up generous, no-frills meals: The pâté en croûte with pork and foie gras, and the line-caught bluefin tuna, simply seared and served on a delicious compote of onions and peppers, are good examples. As an added bonus, the kitchen is open 11am-11pm (excluding the lunch set menu). The colourful decor is delightfully dapper, and you can even eat at the counter and see the chef at work.
