Just a stone's throw from the Carrefour de l'Odéon, Sétopa (for "Seoul to Paris") serves refined Korean cuisine under the stewardship of chef and entrepreneur Linda Lee. She has teamed up with two of the biggest names in Korean gastronomy, Chang-ho Shin and Mingoo Kang, to devise a menu that is both traditional and elegant (eg oyster ravioli, tofu root, gochujang; chestnut and mugwort mochi). The service, courtesy of a Korean team, is attentive and professional, making this an excellent place in which to savour the flavours of the Land of the Morning Calm without leaving Paris.
