Grégory Marchand strikes again with his eclectic take on dining! In this modern Italian-style bistro, diners will also detect the British and American influences of which the chef is so fond. On the menu: a crudo misto with a series of ingenious vegetable condiments, classic dishes like pappardelle with rabbit or a must-try cotoletta alla milanese (veal chop for two). As for the chocolate cake, it is a homage to the recipe devised by Jamie Oliver at London's River Café. The wines are supplied by Frenchie, the wine shop just next door.
