Julien and Morgane Ostertag's winning combination of good produce and no-frills, expressive, gourmet dishes creates a moment of indulgence, enhanced by the view over the lake. From the terrace or behind the bay windows of the elegantly decorated dining room, bistronomy is at the heart of the chef's offering: Valentin Chappuis' caramelised pork belly, patatas bravas and crispy sucrine; Mediterranean-style scorpion fish, taggiasche olives, tomato marmalade with basil and panisse.
