"Briemm" is a contraction of Brice and Emmanuelle, who have partnered up (in business and in life) to found this charming little restaurant in a stone-built house. The chef's cooking is generous, and the lady of the house hosts cordially. The well-priced traditionally inspired menu features a mouthwatering list of dishes that showcase a real eye for detail and a fine bouquet of flavours, eg rabbit terrine with foie gras accompanied by an onion compote with mustard seeds and chilli, or squid with fregola sarda minestrone and chimichurri sauce.
