Chef Sven and his brother, sommelier Lars Uijttewaal, warmly welcome you into their chic and stylish establishment. A timeless interior design and a tasteful blend of warm tones combine to create a pleasant atmosphere. Their fresh cuisine follows current trends, as demonstrated by their signature amuse-bouche – an ode to their grandfather, who owned a pickle company: a refreshing sweet-and-sour piccalilli sorbet served with sweet-and-sour pickle creams and a carrot coulis finished with dill oil. The menu intrigues from start to finish (they also serve lunch), with dishes such as steak tartare with ponzu or a delicate pairing of sole and morels. The excellent wine list, with plenty of options by the glass, is also worthy of your attention.
