The brasserie is a wonderful addition to the gourmet restaurant ‘Louis’ on the magnificent historic castle estate. Here you can enjoy French brasserie cuisine made from fresh produce, from ‘Beef tartare classique’ and ‘Moules marnière’ to ‘Veal ragout Blanquette de Veau’ or dishes for two, such as ‘Chateaubriand’, in a classic ambience for lunch and dinner. The well-stocked and extensive wine list is the same as that of the ‘Louis’. In summer, the terrace facing the moat under shady old plane trees is an idyllic spot.
