Formerly known as Chedi, this Thai restaurant rechristened itself Khiri in 2023. Other than that, nothing has changed – the food still strikes a balance of sweet, sour, spicy and salty flavours. The 8-course tasting menu is inspired by Northern, Northeastern, Southern and Central Thai recipes, creatively melding traditions and modern techniques. Khao pad kid terng, the signature fried rice packed with smoky aromas, is still a firm fixture on the menu.
