This pleasant, bustling restaurant in Holzgartenstraße (from which it takes its name) serves modern, seasonal cuisine that also incorporates international influences. The appealingly straightforward dishes (eg brasato, parsley root purée, rapini) are often reduced to a few components and carefully prepared for maximum flavour. The menu, which is purposely kept short and changes frequently, is accompanied by a well-curated wine list.
