Sensato is a good choice for an Omakase dining experience while seated at a traditional Japanese counter. This small, minimalist restaurant, located in an elevated section of Barcelona, is run by a pair of chefs who combine local ingredients with Japanese-style techniques and preparation which they demonstrate in front of just six guests, in so doing showcasing their mastery with the knife.
