We particularly recommend the zucchini flowers stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies and served with a delicious tartare sauce. Another dish that you won’t want to miss is the garganello with lamb ragù, one of Northern Italy’s most characteristic pastas, served with a surprising yet delicious sauce.
