Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
A charming townhouse in a quiet residential district, where chef Gustavo Rozzino brings together experiences acquired in the various countries in which he has worked. In this bistro-style ambience, he creates uncomplicated cuisine that makes full use of top-quality Brazilian ingredients and Mediterranean techniques. The menu, which ranges from steak tartare and fresh pasta to rack of lamb, also includes standout dishes such as braised beef short rib and the irresistible pork roulade cooked in the oven for 12 hours, plus the exquisite “Bobó Tonton”, served with grilled pink prawns, basmati rice, grilled banana and farofa (manioc flour) which is totally addictive! If you want to take a break from the food here, why not head upstairs to the pleasant bar with its list of incredible cocktails?
