On entering, you will see sushi being made to order, and as you head further in you will notice the barbecue and the dim sum and wok kitchen. Thanks to the reasonably priced à la carte menu and small portions, you can try everything. The depth of flavour of the minced pork dumplings, the spice and umami of the XO sauce, the ultra-fresh salmon topping the nigiri... This is one of Amsterdam's best Asian restaurants!
