Pure and honest. These two words encapsulate this vibrant place, though they hardly do it justice. Joyce and Victor's deep respect for the seasons and Dutch produce is truly inspiring. They work closely with their suppliers and encourage chef Josephien Blom to be creative within the framework of their sustainable values. The pig's trotters with a tangy remoulade sauce is a classic of the house, but she also gives potatoes a surprising twist with a seaweed sauce and crispy serrated wrack. Prepare to be amazed!
