Wine is a serious business here, which becomes clear when you see the imposing cabinet. Thanks to the small portions, you can explore how global influences and attention to freshness create tantalising flavours. We were delighted by the chocolate mousse with peanuts, unctuous ice cream with bay leaf, crunchy caramel and a citrus cream. The bold combinations on the extensive menu never fail to impress!
