This cosy restaurant with its welcoming urban terrace is a project driven by passion. Bono provides attentive service and enthusiastically guides you in your wine selection. Chef Niels delivers excitingly creative dishes, in which vegetables take a prominent and imaginative lead. He embraces contrasts and opts for expressive flavours. For instance, succulent lobster is paired with a meadowsweet cream, pickled peach, almond and various textures of fennel. Inspiration from around the globe – with a slight nod to South Africa – add depth on the plate and in the wine glass. And the trolley of Dutch cheeses is simply outstanding!
