A stone's throw from the Grote Kerk, Diga is a stylish restaurant, in which pops of colour brighten up the dark interior – it's worth asking for a place at the back of the restaurant where you can see the kitchen and the impressive wine cabinet. The menu leans into contemporary fine dining, with Italian undertones and subtle influences from around the globe to keep things exciting. For instance, the chef pairs thinly sliced scallops with a hazelnut crumble, oyster leaf, fish roe, citrus gel and a spicy vinaigrette. If you are more in the mood for a leisurely aperitif, there is a very appealing menu of snacks and a selection of delicious cocktails.
