The more casual sister to formel B, Uformel celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2024 with an extensive renovation that created a brighter space and a more ‘grown-up’ feel. Its smart open kitchen remains but gone is the cocktail bar and, in its place, is an exclusive chef’s table. Dishes are presented either on a five-course menu or as uniformly priced tasting plates – with three to five per person about the right amount – and see traditional Danish flavours joined by Asian notes. Its central location makes it ideal for a visit at any time of day.
