Three Stars: Exceptional cuisine
Take in lovely water and city views from the top floor of this former warehouse; now a well-known photography museum. The straightforward, largely plant-based menu is supplemented in the evening by either farmed fish or sustainable meat, and the non-alcoholic drinks pairings features their homemade kombucha. They also have an on-site composting system, and the salad comes from their hydroponic farm in the basement.
