Overlooking the 12th Century Stavanger Cathedral, this cosy restaurant has a friendly touch and offers guests a seasonal set menu. Expect an abundance of vegetables in summer and more meat and fish in winter, but with maximum flavour all year round. The Røros butter and freshly baked sourdough bread are a reason to come alone.
