With a name meaning ‘century’, the concept here is to transport guests back 100 years, to eat like our great-grandparents used to. Cue vintage music, chandeliers and green velvet chairs. The cooking, inspired by early 20th Century dining, includes signature dishes such as steak tartare and pineapple parfait.
