There’s nothing avant-garde about its food however, and thankfully so. In fact, due to delicious summers spent in Emilia-Romagna, the chef's creations are a veritable ode to the region and promise to make Italian palates proud.Quality ingredients and simple execution come to life in redeye tuna tartare with shallots, capers, and preserved lemon over an avocado puree, served with lavash bread. Pastas, like Olimpia's tagliatelle, with house-made pasta with a pork and beef ragu, are just right. Close on the heels is an irresistible brick of tiramisu crowned with candied cocoa nib cream.
