They follow a philosophy that is close to nature - and their own chickens in the garden fit in nicely. The wide-ranging menu includes traditional cuisine from Baden, vegetarian/vegan dishes and gourmet specialities. Add to that an extensive wine list. The chic restaurant extension is done out in a modern take on regional style. Pleasant overnight accommodation is available – the rooms and suites ("Natur-Zimmer" and "Natur-Suiten") are done out in locally sourced materials and are contemporary in their design.
