An interesting option for either lunch or dinner, this restaurant is where students from a local tourism and catering college are trained under the watchful eye of their mentors and teachers. The original dishes on offer here are full of flavour and reflect the region and changing seasons and are presented on various tasting menus (including a vegan option) and an à la carte.
