This restaurant now run by the fourth generation of the family is a real culinary institution in this region, with many of its regular guests having eaten here since they were children. There’s a welcoming bar for socialising and an elegant dining room in which to enjoy classic regional fare such as cured hams, delicious hot beetroot with horseradish, superb Wiener Schnitzel with a fragrant side salad and excellent pumpkin oil, plus unmissable traditional desserts to finish. Offering good value for money, this is a restaurant to return to time and time again.
