Eric Werner has been enriching the cathedral city's gastronomy scene with his own small restaurant since August 2019, while his longstanding sous chef Mona Baumgarten is now in charge at the cooker. Prepared in a semi-open kitchen, the cooking is modern and creative. You can choose between the set menus "Schunkele" and "Bützchen" (vegetarian). Those who do not wish to commit to a set menu can also go à la carte. The atmosphere is also just right: it is relaxed and easy-going here, and the service is competent, friendly and unpretentious. They are committed to advising you on wine – from their very well-stocked wine list. The pairings by the glass are spot on. A non-alcoholic alternative is also offered.
