Three Stars: Exceptional cuisine
The elevated location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein is quite something! As in the small castle hotel, the focus in the restaurant, too, is on the organic and ecological. This translates into sustainably produced ingredients and organic produce from local suppliers, plus vegetables and herbs from the hotel's own 2 500m2garden. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the countryside and Lake Constance.

Our cuisine is certified organic, we use 100% green electricity and ecological goods from pencils to toilet paper, including produce from ProSpecieRara – that goes for the meat as well as the vegetables, many of which we grow ourselves."
