Three Stars: Exceptional cuisine
The Rechberg 1837 is a pleasant restaurant with a unique philosophy – it only uses regional produce that was available around 1837 (the year the house was built), i. e. before industrialisation. Innovative dishes such as slices of country pork on pea puree with fried barley and pickled onion are served in the evening, with a more traditional selection available at lunchtime. Cosy atmosphere and charming service.
MICHELIN Green Star
"Biodynamics and permaculture are not merely buzzwords for us, but a philosophy! We work only with small producers who focus on local vegetable and animal breeds and work in harmony with nature. "Nose to tail" is a matter of course and spices are created from cuttings."
