The modern, elegant restaurant atop Hartlisberg boasts not only a chic atmosphere but also a truly magnificent view of Thun and the mountains – a spot on the terrace is a must! The chef-patron's cuisine is no less of a draw. It is modern, yet clearly classical in its foundations, making for dishes that are robust and expressive. As a matter of course, the ingredients are sourced locally as possible. There is a decent wine selection, and astute recommendations come courtesy of the friendly, professional waitstaff.
